1. General

Sandaletta designs and sells high-quality, sustainable sandals for adults and children. Our products are made with natural materials such as cork and leather, and intended for everyday use and adventure. These Terms govern the use of our website and the purchase of products through our platform.

2. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, images, and sizing advice. Due to the natural character of our materials and screen settings, slight variations in color or texture may occur. All product measurements are approximate.

3. Ordering Process

Orders can be placed via our website. You will receive an order confirmation by email after successful payment. A purchase agreement is concluded once payment is confirmed and we have accepted your order.

Sandaletta reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected misuse.

4. Prices & Payment Methods

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include 21% VAT.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• PayPal
• Apple Pay, Google Pay

There are no hidden costs. Shipping costs (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the Benelux region. Orders are dispatched within 5 working days. Delivery time is typically 5 working days. You will receive tracking information once your order ships. 6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

Return conditions:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Return requests must be sent to info@sandaletta.com
• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense (unless the item is faulty)

7. Warranty & Defects

Sandaletta products include the standard EU legal warranty. Please report any defects within 2 months of discovery. We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund depending on the issue.

This warranty excludes normal wear, improper use, or failure to follow care instructions.

8. Liability

Sandaletta is not liable for indirect damages, delays, or losses caused by incorrect product use or failure to follow fit advice. Our total liability is limited to the value of your order, unless otherwise required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on www.sandaletta.com (including text, imagery, and branding) is owned by Sandaletta or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. All disputes will be handled by the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
